All orders are shipped within the United States only. We do not ship to international destinations at this time.

Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Carriers We ship via USPS and UPS. The carrier used for your order will depend on your location and the size of your order.

Shipping Times Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Typical delivery times range from 3–7 business days once your order has been shipped.

Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery.

Carrier Delays Italian Max Professional is not responsible for shipping delays caused by USPS, UPS, or any other carrier. Delays may occur due to weather, holidays, high volume periods, or other circumstances beyond our control. We are unable to guarantee delivery dates once a package has been handed off to the carrier.

Lost or Stolen Packages Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Italian Max Professional is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please ensure your delivery address is correct before placing your order.
